Easy Returns Policy

At Funzone, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all the items sold on Funzone:

Returns Terms and Conditions

  • These are our return policy with respect to certain product categories:
  • If you have received a wrong product you can return it.
  • If you have received a product that is not as described on the Site you can return it.
  • If you have received a damaged product you can return it.
  • You must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.
  • Product should be unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.
  • For electronics, open products will be accepted only if different from description or picture displayed.
  • Costumes: open packaging accepted if the product(s) still has the original tags and not used.
  • Please return your purchase in its original packaging and condition, with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
  • Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Funzone shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
  • If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
  • All other Categories will be accepted only with unbroken original packages including all accessories.

Non-returnable Products

You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  • Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  • Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
  • Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they still under warranty period.
  • Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.

 Refunds

  • Refund will be initiated once the return pickup is complete. The refund would be available to use once the quality check is completed at our facility. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
  • For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount in full (excluding the original shipping fees plus the return fees in case of the product is not as expected.
  • If the products are faulty or not as described on our Site.
  • If you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.
  • For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.

Refund Procedure

We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

  • If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund as store credits or cash.
  • If you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund as store credits or to your credit/debit card.
  • The entire amount paid by you for the product through any of the payment modes will be credited to your original format. Please note that the Shipping charges, Cross Border Charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • If the payment was done using Gift Certificate then the amount will be credited back to respective Gift Certificate.
